If you’re living with an injury or ongoing condition, if pain makes everyday movements feel harder, or you’re simply looking for more ease and balance in your body, I offer specialised one-to-one Pilates to support injury recovery, pain management, posture and a deeper mind-body connection.

I bring together Pilates, functional movement, anatomy-led assessment, breathwork and Reiki to help you reduce pain, move with more ease and build resilience in both body and mind.

What I offer:

Through personalised one-to-one sessions, I’ll support you to:
   •    relieve pain and release tension
   •    improve posture and freedom of movement
   •    balance strength, mobility and flexibility
   •    calm your nervous system and reduce stress
   •    reconnect with your body and mind
 

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, and may include matwork, Reformer or trapeze table, functional breathwork, muscle testing, targeted hands-on release, and Reiki - depending on what your body needs that day.

Where I work:

My private studio is based in Hayes, Bromley and I welcome clients from Hayes, West Wickham, Keston, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Orpington, Kent, Shirley and Croydon, Surrey.

​

I also offer online sessions and home visits if you prefer or aren't local to me.
